At Resolute Builders LLC, we believe that our process provides a better build experience for our clients.  The foundation of our process is our relationships – with our clients, subcontractors, vendors, and community partners.

Building a home can be an emotional time filled with fear and uncertainty, as well as excitement and anticipation.  Clients are putting their hopes and dreams, along with their finances, in the hands of others.  That is why we choose to be completely transparent with clients.  When a client has the same information available to them that the builder does, there is comfort and trust in that relationship.  With Resolute Builders' integrated client portal, a client can view architectural updates as they occur, invoices from subcontractors and vendors, change order request details, construction schedules, contract draw deadlines, and much more.

Resolute Builders LLC is owned and managed by Kristen Kirby of Asheville, NC.  Kristen has been a residential builder for nearly 25 years, starting her career in Atlanta, GA as the first licensed female builder in Atlanta.  Currently, Kristen is a licensed builder in North Carolina, where her team works exclusively with clients requiring high-end custom finishes on their new construction or remodel project.
